My husband and I had the privilege of accompanying Dodona and Benni on a very special after-wedding shoot in one of the most romantic cities in the world: Venice.
We all traveled from different places – they came from Zurich, we from Germany – and met for an unforgettable weekend in the lagoon city.
We dedicated the entire Saturday to this little journey following their wedding vows. We began with a gondola ride through the Venetian canals – a quiet, almost magical moment that we captured on camera and film. Afterwards, we wandered together through the narrow streets, crossed small bridges, explored winding courtyards, and discovered new photo spots around nearly every corner. The light, the water, the architecture – Venice is simply a stage for emotions.
Later, their family arrived – a wonderful opportunity for a small family shoot against the Venetian backdrop that made the day even more special. In the evening, we ended the day together with good food and heartfelt conversations – relaxed, genuine, and full of resonance.
An after-wedding shoot that didn’t just preserve memories but became a beautiful little journey in itself.
